1. Research
I start with your market, your users and your constraints. Regulation, accessibility and business rules aren’t obstacles: they’re the brief.
2. Map the big picture
Service blueprints and customer journeys frame every opportunity and pain point, and get stakeholders aligned on the same map.
3. Design system first
Tokens and components come before screens, so everything that follows is consistent, accessible and ready to build.
4. Build a working prototype
With Claude Code and Lovable I build clickable, data-rich prototypes on that system: real interactions, not static mock-ups.
5. Test with real users
AI speeds up the building, but it can’t replace your users. Usability sessions with real people decide what stays.
6. Hand off and grow
The tested prototype becomes the spec for development. After launch, I track the metrics that matter and keep improving.
